Start with the atmosphere, not the tools
Choose a campfire, a peaceful nature scene or a cozy room. Keep timers, goals and notes closed if you want a clear view. You can hide the controls, use full screen and lock the scene so panels stay where you placed them.
Layer sounds gently
Try fire on its own first, then add a little wind or soft instrumental music. Each ambient sound has an independent volume, and the music player has its own level. You can pause the whole mix without losing the balance you created. Sound starts when you choose to play it.
Make an evening reading corner
For a book or a quiet moment, choose a still background or subtle animation and a soundtrack that feels comfortable. A personal quote can add a familiar thought, or you can hide quotes entirely. There is no required routine or target to finish.
Keep the mix you want to return to
Name your mix in Saved Ambiences so you can return to it in the same browser. Make separate nooks for reading, an afternoon pause or winding down. NookCraft is an ambience tool, not a promise of better sleep or a treatment for stress.
Make it your own
Explore the backgrounds and sound controls, then keep the tools that suit you. Your nook can be as simple or as detailed as you want.
